Cancellations:

Cancellations made on or before April 19th, 2024 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made on or before June 2nd, 2024

will receive a partial refund of 50% of their registration fee. 

 

No refunds will be granted if the request is received after June 2nd, 2024.

Substitution Policy: 

Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund but must send information by June 2nd, 2024.
